5,764 acres located in competitive land and timber markets, a significant conservation sale was executed to the North Florida Land Trust on behalf of the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center to preserve green space and buffer this important military training site.  Divested after only five years of ownership when we negotiated favorable pricing with an adjoining landowner. 

Sold approximately 8,500 acres out of 31,599 acres originally purchased to the State of Alabama’s Forever Wild program protecting critical habitat for the endangered Red Hill Salamander while producing attractive financial returns from land appreciation, timber growth, and over $18.8 million in cumulative timber sale revenue.
