Shea joined Conservation Resources in 2021 and serves as Chief Sustainability Officer, overseeing the firm’s impact and conservation practice. Her background spans natural capital investment, sustainability and ESG integration, and conservation finance, with work across timberland, agriculture and landscape-scale initiatives in the US and internationally. Shea’s prior experience includes roles with BTG Pactual, LegacyWorks Group and The Nature Conservancy. She holds a BA from Dartmouth College and a Master of Environmental Management from Yale University. Shea is a member of the Women’s Forest Congress and previously was a board fellow for The Nature Conservancy in Connecticut.
